(3) If the failure of the laser tube can not be confirmed by pictures and videos, the customer should return the laser tube to our company for testing, and the one-way transportation fee shall be borne by the customer. If the quality problem of the laser tube is confirmed, our company replaces a new laser tube and returns it to the customer. The anti-tube freight is charged by our company. The returned laser tube will enjoy the warranty according to the date of the first purchase.
It must be used according to the corresponding instructions of each type of product, otherwise it will not enjoy quality assurance.
All types of products must be supplied with corresponding power supply.
The returned products must meet the following requirements, otherwise they will not enjoy quality assurance.
(1) appearance, structure and qualification certificate are intact.
(2) the surface of the output mirror is not polluted, scratched or cracked.
(3) When the laser can not work properly, and the appearance of the need to return to our company for testing, such as in the transport of laser tube damage, our company does not assume any responsibility.
